Fire Rated Two Tier Mezzanine Floor for Elida Tigi

Avanta UK has successfully tendered for, supplied, and installed a large fire rated warehouse mezzanine floor with offices for a leading hair care and salon brand.

The client is part of Elida Beauty and was acquired by Global Company, Unilever in 2009. With the continued growth and investment based on the success of brands including Bed head, Catwalk and S-Factor, the client has acquired significant additional warehouse space in Milton Keynes to service existing and new markets.

For this project, Avanta UK created an additional 1100m2 of useable storage plus office space with the design, supply and installation of a fire rated single- and two-tier mezzanine floor.

3x Offices or control rooms and 1x Meeting Room were also included in the package supplied.

This is the second project of this nature by Avanta UK for this client and Wayne Thomas, Avanta commented “A mezzanine floor offers a flexible solution to Tigi to help with future changes and requirements.
