Avanta BX Double Skin Steel Partitioning
The Avanta BX double skin steel partitioning system is perfect for creating a functional yet stylish working space in an industrial application, such as a manufacturing plant, where sound reduction or fire-rating might be important. Double skin steel partitioning can also be multi-tiered to make use of any height available within your facility. Noise reduction capabilities are also available. Heavy duty top capping is used when panels need to be multi-tiered.
Specification
Panels are constructed from 25.4 x 42 x 25.4 x 1.2 mm (18g) cold rolled channels panelled both sides with 0.8 mm (21g) CR4 mild steel sheet with 30 mm Rockwool mineral fibre infill and are joined together using an ‘H’ section.
A range of infill and special sized panels can be supplied to achieve final dimensions. Side hung and sliding door options available.
All Two-Way (intermediate) mullions have base plates for floor fixing. Knee braces and/or ladder mullions may be fitted for extra stability and strength.
