Bespoke Trolleys

General purpose and maintenance trolleys

Avanta UK supply an extensive range of general purpose trolleys of fully welded construction, with tubular end frames.

Overall 1060mm long x 460mm wide x 950mm high including 100mm diameter nylon swivel castors. The work surface, base and intermediate shelves can be supplied with edges lipped down if required (to be specified at time of ordering)

Castors

All trolleys are supplied with all swivel 100mm nylon castors offering a carrying capacity of 200Kg (UDL). Rubber tyred castors offer a capacity of 150Kg (UDL). Braked and swivel options are also available.

Shelves

Trolley shelves can be supplied with 30mm retaining lip to 4 sides as standard or the edges turned down.

Supplied in blue as standard with drawers and cabinet doors in light grey, other options available including:

Picking Trolleys

Avanta UK can design and manufacture bespoke picking trolleys to suit the needs of the individual business. Often these trolleys are used in conjunction with packing stations in an Internet retail warehouse environment. The trolleys are designed around a picking container or tote.
