Leeds mezzanine floor specialist Avanta UK Ltd successfully tendered for a 475m² fully fire protected mezzanine floor for specialist hire company Ant Hire Ltd.

Ant Hire Ltd is an independent family run business based in Leeds, close to the M1/M62 junction. The company hire, sell and service a range of specialist products for civil engineering and drain services contractors throughout the UK.

Established in 1996, Ant Hire quickly earned a reputation for first class service and support within their market. Their commitment to research and development has produced a number of innovative new products and services for our customers. This has fuelled the growth of the company and has resulted in the need for additional sites and space within the hire centres.

Ant Hire now have 3 sites in the Leeds area.

The mezzanine floor measuring 475 square metres virtually doubles the storage capacity of the building allowing for 2x cut outs for 2x Part K Staircases with fire protected fire escape.  The finished floor height is 3.2m and has a load capacity of 7.2Kn/m2 with appropriate hand rail and pallet gate.

The mezzanine floor is fully fire protected with suspended ceiling, lighting, column casing and fascias.
