In 2004, Avanta UK Ltd, the Leeds based office refurbishment specialist, successfully tendered for a full office refurbishment project for Maria Mallaband including the design, supply and installation of: -

Creating a bright, modern office working environment that is the envy of many businesses in the local area and a great place to meet potential and existing clients.
The group moved to larger premises in 2008 and again, Avanta successfully tendered for the entire office fit out at their new premises at Westcourt, Gelderd Road.
As the care group has expanded even more over the last 3 years, Avanta have consistently modified the offices to suit a growing business in terms of accommodating increasing numbers of staff within the existing office space.
In October 2011, Avanta were asked to provide a solution to try and accommodate an additional 16 finance staff within the same office space and adapt some larger offices to split them down in to two offices whilst minimizing disruption to the day to day business and maintaining the productivity of the existing workforce. This was due to Maria Mallabands recent acquisition of a number of nursing homes and head office staff was required to support this expansion.
Avanta designed a solution that included: -
A full height curved glazed partition with 2x single door access to enclose and sound proof the main office area as you enter passed the reception area. The partition was supplied with the Maria Mallaband corporate identity. Within this area Avanta UK Ltd designed and installed 2x bench desking systems, pedestals, desktop screens and operator chairs to accommodate 16 new starters and a hot desk area for area managers. Existing desking and tambour storage units were dismantled, reconfigured and relocated throughout the office. Additional storage wall modules to match existing units were supplied and fitted to create storage for the marketing department.
Additional works included new glazed partitions to the boardroom and HR corridor and dividing an existing management office. Existing glazed partitions in the HR office were dismantled and relocated.
Additional new furniture for the HR office included a new meeting table, meeting chairs, desking and chair.
This future proof the head office of a growing organization for at least the next couple of years. The original installation used demountable glazed partitions and this has helped us reconfigure the existing partitions with new utilizing shared components to create a bright attractive office environment.
