Flagship Novelis UK Workshop In Iconic For Dunlop

Leeds based Avanta UK working on behalf of main contractor Intex Projects were approached by the world’s leading producer of flat-rolled aluminum products and the world’s largest recycler of aluminium – Novelis.

The UK arm of the business Novelis UK Ltd were locating to a 4^th floor of the mixed use development at the iconic Fort Dunlop.

Fort Dunlop, was the original tyre factory and main office of Dunlop Rubber. At one time it was the world's largest factory, when it employed 3,200 workers.

After inspecting the quality of the ‘Ikon’ range of UK Manufactured and refining the design, the team at Novelis instructed Intex to proceed with the workshop with Avanta.

As part of a wider fit out project by Intex of the 4^th floor offices, Avanta supplied and fitted 3x tall cabinets, 4x low cabinets plus 8.5m of industrial grade lino with matching anthracite edging.
