The Avanta racking inspection checklist includes important information regarding the operation and maintenance of all pallet racking systems. There is a simple checklist to adhere to when planning a comprehensive review of the functionality, condition and health & safety implications of the continued use of your pallet racking. The Avanta racking inspection team can help you with this.
 
Rack Inspections

Racking Inspections
Insurers and Health & Safety Inspectors normally insist on an inspection every 12 months and it is recommended that an inspection is carried out within 6 months after a racking installation.

Our racking inspectors will check the following: -
bullet Are the uprights vertical and or show any signs of damage?
bullet Brace Integrity
bullet Beam Integrity
bullet Rack Signage correctly displayed?
bullet Floor fixings and foot plates all correctly secured
