1. Get Into a Good Sleep Routine

The first and most important thing to do is develop a good sleep routine. Make an effort to go to bed and get up at the same time every day, and get enough sleep each night. This will give you more energy, and it can help to boost your immune system.

2. Eat Better Food

The food you eat has an enormous effect on your energy levels, and good food will help you to stay healthy and avoid feeling tired and worn out. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg, and avoid large sandwiches and carb-heavy midday meals.

3. Stay Hydrated

Make sure you drink plenty of water. Dehydration can make you more tired, so make sure you drink enough and avoid drinking too much caffeine during the day.

4. Plan Your Day

Make a simple plan for your main tasks for the coming day and write it in your notebook. Then you will arrive at your desk knowing what you have to do, and you’ll waste less time getting into the day.

Make more of an effort to be on time. Meetings get held up when people are late, and this can slow everything down. So be on time and get more done.

15. Use Technology

Technology can help us to be more productive. Use tools that allow you to work on the go, like a smartphone and Skype, online collaborate tools like Google Drive, and better communication tools like Slack. There are many solutions you can use, so find some that work for you.
